"I don’t use the pool or hot tub.Ocean was beautiful but everything else was not !We have water leak in the bathroom ceiling, overflowing our room and nobody give it them to 1 o’clock, so nobody care. Very poor customer service!"

"The hotel was beautiful and well kept, the weather was a bit off, but we made the best of the trip although it did rain quite frequently. Something that didn’t sit well with me was the amount of beach that they provide. There is a very small section where we can get into the ocean and all there was around us were catamarans. It was definitely very annoying and we had to go to different beaches in order to experience very clear waters. Please be aware that the swimming area in the ocean is very limiting. This was something that was very important to me, but I guess I just didn’t do my research extensively other than that I was treated with a lot of respect and the staff was relatively friendly."

"Staff are helpful, clean resort, buffet food is okay, they do have some traditional food such as mangu con salami, sancocho and white rice. Resort a little out dated, I had To change my room due to mold smell, AC not working & the bed sheets had a mildew smell. Asked to change the sheets but still. Overall, average stay."
