Hoy desde que hemos vuelto a casa ya no aguantamos de comentar lo malo que estuvo este resort para nosotros. Teníamos mucha expectativa con este resort ya que en años anteriores hemos visitado al Royalton Punta Cana, en el cual tuvimos una experiencia agradable. Pero este (Royalton Bávaro) está muy mal mantenida. Nos dieron una habitación que está casi todo dañada, la puerta del baño no se cierra (la puerta se abría sola porque el seguro no funciona), la nevera estaba torcida y la puerta de la gaveta también está torcida, algo que nos pareció super incómodo y chistoso. Además, el agarre de mano para abrir el balcón está literalmente roto. No nos pusieron tapas en el jabón de baño. Con respecto a la comida, estuvo malísimo, la langosta estaba ya dañada y en general había mucho plato que nos pareció muy salado. En resumen nunca hemos estado en un resort de tan mal calidad. Espero que tomen en cuenta las críticas (sugerencias) y que mejoren para el bien de su futuro

We enjoyed our stay. The room was always in perfect condition, clean and well-supplied. Carlos, our butler, was always available daily and checked in with us regularly. He was very helpful and we appreciated his assistance. Adonis, our concierge, was our initial contact after booking. He provided us with all the information we needed at the time and assisted with restaurant reservations and Carlos as well. We appreciate all their help. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in November.

The overall vacaction was amazing. The rooms were terrible. We started our non dc When we arrive we had blood on the sheets and mold on the bed skirting. Alot of mold. We called front desk and they were there with 10 minutes fixing the bed the shower head was broke and the sink would not drain. After all this was found i went to front desk and upgraded to diamond club so thatbi had a butler i could voice my concerns with. The room was alot better the room service ie. Fridge restock, maid service and house keeping was literally hit or miss. We would have to tell the butler daily something was missed. But after all that the resort was pretty clean the staff was amazing only found one grumpy staff and that was her problem. The food was always cold but it is what it is. The pools were pretty good and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Could walk either direction almost a mile easily. Overall would I stay here again. Probably not but would never say never

El hotel tiene un deterioro notable, he tenido oportunidad de visitar varias oportunidades Punta Cana y es el hotel con mas deterioro que he visitado. El servicio de limpieza del cuarto super amable y muy colaboradores pero en los restaurantes el personal parecia como regañado, siempre con muy mala actitud para atender y servir, igual el personal de recreacion sin ganas, muy poca actitud y eso pegados del celular, que tema ese! Pero el dia viernes en la noche en los restaurantes te entregan una evaluacion de los aspectos generales del hotel, ese dia, ese viernes se notaba que algo pasaba, el personal en general super amable y la actitud notablemente cambiada, pero era porque en la noche habia evaluacion. Sino fuera por eso creo que no habria cambio en el servicio, el hotel debe buscar nuevas estrategias para la evaluacion y no se como motivar al personal para trabajar con mas gusto y mejor atencion al huesped que es por quien finalmente tienen trabajo.

Room and amenities were nice and well maintained. Hot showers. The staff were the most friendly people and very accommodating. Food was underwhelming. The bars, while staffed by very friendly people, didn’t have the best selections. Definitely more of a family resort.

The check in staff was very rude and would leave us waiting. The check in took 4 hours, from 1pm until 5pm

Room were good but they did not clean properly everything like they did not put enough towels or water and for the whole week they didn’t clean the bathroom sink or the place for soap
