"Worst trip ever. Hair in the bed stains on the sheets. Staff never answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Hotel smells old never received my deposit back. "

"The staff was super welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean & nicely decorated. We went to the beach down the block where we were provided with chairs, courtesy of The Greystone. When we came back, we had a drink & delicious appetizer at the bar, then went up to the pool and enjoyed our chips & salsa and fantastic drinks! It was a wonderful experience!"

"It is a well kept beach hotel- the rooms are not fancy, but good enough. The pool is not large, but sufficient for a good time by the pool. The hotel location is excellent and you are literally two blocks from Ocean Drive and the main attractions of Miami and the beach. Despite being on the first floor, we felt safe since the Miami Dade Police Station is in front of the hotel. Overall, excellent value for the location. We will return."
