The property was very beautiful. Location was amazing. The restaurants and bars around were fun and good food but the valet parking is ridiculous its very expensive and you have to walk around the corner to get your car and bring your luggage and carry it very inconvenient for such a nice hotel.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. There are 4 buildings and 4 restaurants. We enjoyed the multiple menus and varied ambiance. Our room was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was no problem with noise.We had a great view of the ocean. There is a lovely park outside the hotel, great people watching and beach access. Beach chairs, towels and bikes are included. And they gave us bottles of water for the beach. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to South Beach!
