"We only stayed one night to attend a concert but the place was beautiful (especially the sea view, it was phenomenal) and the room was very comfortable & clean. The staff was great and we got a pamphlet of stuff to do in the city which was nice, and a lot of cool things to do were nearby that you could walk to. Driving to the hotel is kind of annoying if you haven't driven there before or if you have a bigger car because the streets are very tiny but that's just how St.Augustine is"

"Great place, property and rooms were clean. Pool area is nice with two covered tables and plenty of deck chairs. Back patio with tables was nice to sit along the river and watch the sunset over the river. All the staff were very pleasant. Close to the historic downtown. The cafe was nice, had a nice breakfast there one morning."

"This hotel is a gem! Don’t waste time or money on name-branded hotels when you can stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff are always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area attractions. The rooms are clean, the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable, and it’s quiet. It’s a pet-friendly hotel that provides rooms that are equally as good as the non-pet rooms, which is something that I appreciated. The rooms are as advertised in the literature and the pictures on the website. I absolutely loved this hotel, would recommend it to anyone, and I will definitely stay here again. "

"The best shower water pressure I have had! Room was small but okay size for the building. Bed was typical. Clean & Updated. Parking wasn’t as bad as people make it seem. We were able to have valet. Just have to get there and stay or park at a nearby church. Pool is not heated or maybe not on during our stay. I’d stay there again. "

"I can only speak for room number nine. There is nowhere in the shower to place a bar of soap while you’re showering. The air conditioning is either on full blast or off. There are lights that do not work. Parking is three blocks away. All at all, it is an old hotel, but not particularly special. It has a great cocktail bar out front facing the water. But, I would not stay again."
