"This hotel is more like a boutique hotel with the amenities of a major one. The person at the front desk was very welcoming and offered information on what to do and places to visit. We even got the room earlier than expected. Very detailed oriented and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near the cathedral, cafes and shopping area. The rooms are immaculate and in great condition. Definitely a place to be. "

The room has modern amenities blended with historic ambience, with stonework and historic features. Staff is not usually on-site, but they are quick to respond to questions. "I had 2 reservations for 2 different stays over the course of 4 days/nites. Both rooms were immaculate. The first room was great, but there was a lot of street noise in the verrry early morning. The staff took care of that issue by giving me a backside room for the next reservation. Issue resolved. Maria, Alvaro, Ons and Cristina (staff) were so nice, answered all my questions w/ a smile, and knew their city well. Kudos to them. As for breakfast, it’s the typical breakfast of the region: local fare and plenty of it and well presented. Don’t expect bacon n eggs, pancakes and the like. You’re in Galicia, so get with it, or…"
