"We were very disappointed with the Executive Lounge. It was my understanding the lounge would have a continental breakfast. I paid extra money to have an executive room, so we may grab a quick breakfast before heading out. Instead, our options were bananas, oranges, kiwis (no knives to open them), nuts, chex mix and a trail mix. Definitely not worth the up charge."

"The Bankers Alley Hotel was a very good stay and exactly what I was looking for. Great downtown location, easy to move around Nashville, but with a more refined and intimate feel than the larger hotels. The property has character, style, and a modern boutique atmosphere without trying too hard. Room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with a smart layout and quality touches throughout. What stood out most was the service. The team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the stay easy from arrival to departure. Overall, a strong option if you want something central, polished, and with personality. I would definitely return."

"Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and great room. Super convenient location with on-site parking (for a very fair-for-the-area) fee. Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, museums, and entertainment, we really didn't even need the car. Booked a king suite and it was quite roomy for us. Will def stay there again next time we're in Nashville!"
