"I had a very late arrival, but no staff on duty for 15 mins. Very kind and helpful staff once arrived! No coffee maker or closet in room. Very clean. Room adjacent to busy highway, so a bit noisy. Overall good stay, but needs more amenties."

"After you get past the initial shock of the lack of a lobby 😆, this was the perfect hotel for a Broadway theatregoer like me. Rooms are very spacious, nice bathroom, fast internet, complimentary bottled water in the fridge, well-stocked Keurig for morning coffee, decent contintal breakfast, friendly staff...especially Geisa whom I saw every day. I go to NYC once a year to see as many shiws as possible...8 on this visit! Being so close to the Theatre District...and being ON Restaurant Row was...

"My room was clean, fresh, and in relatively good condition. The attached restaurant and bar were surprisingly good for a "hotel" restaurant: good food, nice staff, and fair (NY) prices. Plus, you can get a 15% discount coupon from the desk."

"The hotel was aged but not bad. Fair price for the space we had in the room. Walking distance to many things including the subway station. The idea the hotel is going for is fun and relaxing, they did a good job of that. One thing I’d like to say is the staff was incredible. We got in at 5:45 am, requested an early check in and the man behind the desk checked for cancellations from the night before and had us in a room by 7:20 am.
