"100/10 experience here! This hotel was incredibly kind to me and my friend from the US visiting. The bell hop and desk attendants were all very lovely checking in and out of the hotel! The room was stunning with beautiful views of the city at floor 26! Wow! The food in the bistro was sensational for dinner, drinks and breakfast. Top notch and can’t wait to stay again! "

"It was a great location but unfortunately that was all that was good about this place. Beds were uncomfortable, stains on under pillows and generally unclean. It was very loud with people drinking and partying in the communal kitchens. Kitchens were very busy and not very clean. No room in fridges and utensils were few and far between. No where to store larger bags/suitcases. You can get your own room with an en suite just down the road for only a few pounds more!"

"Slightly soulless. Self check, in check out. Hope you like QR Codes as that's how you find out any of the info about the hotel. Wifi is good, conveniently located for the CBD and easy to find even for those with a truly terrible sense of direction. You're mostly paying for the cool looking building attached. Room amenities were pretty basic fare nothing terrible, nothing to sing about either. Concierge desk always very helpful and happy to look after bags after checkout and book a taxi if you...
