"The hotel is centrally located right next to the Taipei station. The hotel itself is a bit on the old side but well maintained. However, the breakfast area in the morning is too small to accommodate all the guests, making the dining experience unpleasant. "

"Great location in Ximending. Staff were very helpful. Our room type had free breakfast every morning. They sent a birthday card and slice of cake - that was very nice of them. Our six nights stay was good and trouble free. Recommended."

"I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan."
