"Big clean room. Great pillows for a change. Reasonably good buffet breakfast selection."

"The service definitely could’ve been better. We needed help moving our luggage because one (out of two) of us was sick and they said they don’t help with that and just use a cart. There was also a fire alarm that went off at 4:30AM and they did not apologize appropriately. Unsure if this was a protocol they had to follow, but the alarms blared twice after everyone returned to their rooms when we were informed there was NO fire and it was not a drill. We know there is no fire… no need to blare the alarms in 2 minute increments to inform us of that. Mind you, some guests as unfortunate as myself had to climb down the stairs outside barefoot during this fiasco. To note, the staff was also disorganized in directing the guests during the “fire”. I’ve also shared this story with other friends that have previously stayed here and they agreed the staff were not very friendly or helpful. The only apology the guests received was on a printed paper taped to the check in/out counter… The food was fine, but with this unfortunate circumstance that was quickly overshadowed."

"Good hotel to stay"

"This hotel is fantastic. Spotlessly clean bathroom, amazing shower pressure, super convenient transit access, beautiful park down the road, close to Osaka Castle, evening entertainment, high quality ample amenities. This was our first hotel in Japan and we were blown away. Complimentary coffee and tea drinks in the lobby were a pleasant and enjoyable extra touch (not just regular drinks too, but lattes, cappuccinos and matcha drinks). The lobby lounge doubles as a cafe/bar in the evenings and the space is beautiful. They provided shaving cream, skincare, and face masks as well which we loved. The room is a bit small and ours did not have a view, but the bed was comfortable and the room size didn't affect our stay in the least. You can open a checked bag on the floor and store a checked bag, as well as 2 carry on luggage items comfortably. All in all, highly recommended. "

"Nice hotel with unusual layout. Registration is on 16th floor and rooms are below, so you take the elevator to registration from the street entry, then take another elevator to your room. Confusing at first but get used to it quickly. Laundry and vending areas were great and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with large choice of foods. Clean room with the most comfortable beds we found on our trip. Did not like that the bathroom light stayed on all the time. Overall very nice choice."

"It's clean and modern. most of the Staffs were helpful. The location is not ideal but we had no problem getting around. not really a lot of choices to shop or eat around there."
