"The customer service provided by this location was sub par. After alignment for key pick up the individuals were 45 minutes late, leaving us standing in the street. After arriving the apartment was not cleaned but still had dirty towels on the floor, trash in the bins, dirty sheets on the bed, a broken fridge, there was even toilet paper on a plant in the restroom. "This is a lovely historic house in Bairro Alto. It makes an excellent base for a visit to Lisboa. Make sure you carry earplugs for use at night. Rooms cleaned daily. Plenty of buses and tram stops close by. Lots of interesting narrow streets with cafes and arty/clothing boutiques etc."

"We only had 28 hours in Lisbon so we need a place conveniently located and easy to access for the short stay- we flew into to town early morning and they were able to help get us into the place earlier to catch up on sleep before hitting the town. Great location in barrio Alto-Everything right outside your doorstep but also surprisingly quiet with everything going all around. Great location & accommodation for a quick trip:)"
