"We went to the hotel to check in and were told our family triple room was in another building, I felt anxious but the instructions were good so we left hopeful, within a 2 min walk we entered a beautiful building and went to two flights of stairs to a beautiful room with a double and single (camp bed style), it was immaculate and had a very small but very cute Juliet balcony with amazing views of a canal and a bridge and in the distance we could see what we believe to be St Marks Square. The room had a mini fridge, big wardrobe with extra blankets and one pillow, we paid for breakfast but we didn't go as we just wanted to explore the area we were in with plenty of cafes and bakeries around us"

"The location is perfect for anyone with mobility issues as it is very close to San Marco and easily accessible by water taxi(approx € 70-80). The downside is that it is a busy area so mornings can be noisy. Breakfast was delightful and the staff are very kind and helpful. It also boasts an elevator, which is not common in small hotels in Venice."

"This is an excellent hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful Hotel is beautiful. Room is well appointed with little details that make you feel special. Location is great, 10 min to San Marco, 2 minutes to water taxi station, 5 minutes to via Garibaldi (for restaurant options)-- and yet quiet enough for a restful evening. Highly recommend!"
