"The elevator took too long every time we used it. It was frustrating. Room was smaller than expected. The room was clean. Also at check-in they had to search for a room, in which we reserved months ahead of time"

"Breakfast was really good. Couldn’t use the balcony can open the slang glass door to the balcony balcony, full of torn apart, air conditioner, dirt dust, ugly, dangerous. Staff was OK some nicer than others. The beach view. My daughter had her wedding in Hawaii and they gave her a handicap room with a broken side glass door said she could not go out on the balcony, which was true she could not even open the door. Had work going on. Sounded like a jackhammer all day. Terrible terrible. She ordered the deluxe room not a handicap room."

"We loved most everything except the evening, weddings or parties that were held out of our window with music playing all night. It was very loud and disturbing and even hard to watch our TV. Also, we felt that it was unrepresented on the website that we’d be paying such high fees for parking and resort fees that being said it was a beautiful place and everything in the room was lovely."
