The staff were helpful, and both the rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. Luggage storage is also available, which is convenient. One thing to note is that the shower is located in the room with only a privacy curtain—fine for couples, but it may be less suitable if you’re not traveling together."

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. From the very beginning, everything was unnecessarily difficult. Leaving our luggage and even entering our room turned into a struggle. The self check-in system is extremely poor and simply does not work properly. Because there is no staff on site, we had to call the hotel for almost every single issue. Our room key did not work, and every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to call the hotel by phone. "Excellent little apartment which we used as a base to explore vienna walking. Local supermarkets nearby (ALDI within c5 minutes was useful to help manage costs given Vienna is an expensive city). Apartment was well appointed with everything needed. Only downside was lack of air conditioning which we struggled a little bit with (although big windows did help)."
