"We did not go to breakfast as we slept too late and missed it. Gutted about that., but the lovely room cleaning staff gave us tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. We were delighted with them."

"Far too hot in the room, although the radiator was turned off the pipes running to it were still extremely hot. There is a fan in the room but not so good if you need silence to sleep."

"A lovely welcome, quick and simple check-in. Plenty of free parking outside each room. Clean room, excellent powerful shower, comfy bed with fresh linen. Quick service in the restaurant, full & varird menu and attentive staff. Comprehensive breakfast with tasty, well-cooked food. Well recommended! "

"Brilliant stay! The staff were very friendly and attentive and were happy to upgrade my room free of charge after requesting a room with a bath. The room (27) was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shower had a good water pressure. The food at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced (pork cutlet and espresso creme brulee highly recommended). The booking offered a complementary breakfast of toast, jams, yoghurt, cereals, fruit etc and had a decent selection. Really nice walking/running routes behind the hotel leading off into the countryside also. Its a pity that hotel customers are not allowed to use the gym and pool however without paying extra for it. This was not made clear upon booking and I was slightly disappointed by this. Also would be nice to ditch the small single use toiletry minis and opt for more eco friendly shampoo/shower gel refill dispensers in the shower. Overall great stay and would 100% come back when next working in the area."
