The parking is good but would benefit from a couple of electric charge points being added. Great staff and nice clean rooms. As per my last stay, the room was stone cold and even though there is a radiator, you can’t control the heating within the room. There also should be a bottle of water in the room. Quite nice evening meal and a OK breakfast.

Overall, an excellent stay. Plenty of car parking, very friendly and courteous welcome on check in and from everyone, room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with good facilities. Property is right next to the busy A1 dual carriageway, but you wouldn't know it inside with the windows closed. Only negative for me was having to preorder breakfast the night before, including time and even tea or coffee! Whilst understanding it is much more convenient for the property that way, I do not necessarily know what I will fancy after a night's sleep. That said, the breakfast was truly superb (as was the evening meal the previous evening)

Disappointing

Welcoming at reception, room was pleasant, clean and modern. Unfortunately I think it was next to the toilets from the pub/ restaurant so was noisy until quite late. The room was warm and when I opened window the beer garden has piped music so had that to contend with as well. Breakfast was included and service was good. Unlikely to be back now if I’m honest.

There were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery. This is a shame, because everything else was Great.
