"Breakfast was good, but with room for opportunity. Coffee did not have a good taste either. The room we received did have a horrible smell to it, communication was given to staff and they provided a deep clean which did not help at all. Second claim was made and a second room was given with much better smell. As far as the Bar, drinks were not good, it tasted as if the drinks were watered down, really no alcohol flavor, the drink cups provided looked like they could be replaced with new ones, and staff seemed to incline more to foreigners than their own kind, staff didn’t seem to provide a welcoming astute towards me or my family."
Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, An All-Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This was my second time in Delta. The property is really beautiful and peaceful and amenities are great. The staff were super nice and friendly like Lulu, Jorge and Karen. Pools are great and it’s nice to have a choice between beach and the pools.
We definitely come back for the third time!"
Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We would definitely stay here again. Loved this “adult only” resort, beautiful and well maintained. The food was amazingly delicious. We had the elite package, which means you can make dinner reservations also be able to go into their sections for elite only on the beach and one beautiful sophisticated looking bar."
"The community resources are great, well maintained and very clean.
During our week stay I saw cleaning crews all over the buildings cleaning constantly.
BUT, big big BUT
We were placed in the Tonina building (we were told it was a free upgrade, which technically it was since it was bigger room with a full size kitchen and living room.
But her building is the farthest from the pool, restaurants/buffet, and lobby.
But that’s the an issue at all.
The big problem was the beds in our room were horrible. Hard as rock.
Usually your body will get used to a new bed after 2-3 nights but not on this old mattresses.
If we ever go back I will definitely put a not to not be places in this old Tonina building."
