Staff was wonderful, we were interested in time share, we were told 30 minutes, Alexa, the sales girl was nice, but kept saying the hotel was not in the best condition, then her boss stepped in, they wanted an answer immediately, we wanted the 10 year plan, but asked for some time to consider, it was 23k dollars for a10 year plan after all, her boss was insulting, saying he knew if we didn't make s decision immediately, we probably couldn't afford it, then he left and another person came over, even worse attitude, laughing at us , we had agreed to meet Alexa the next day at 830, she called at 835 waving an answer to see if it was worth her time to drive to the hotel or not , the presentation was over 90 minutes, abs they kept repeating how bad the hotel condition was, besides this, the rest of the staff was wonderful, will probably not return because they soured our trip

My experience with the whole group, staff was great. I want to mention special kudos to Mario manager on duty most of the time when I needed to certain things as I travel quite a bit, he came through every time and can't thank him enough for the personalized service, but I will say the rest of the staff was great to me as well all in all the very Surprisingly great experience

The staff were amazing! Their English was limited, but they were willing and were so pleasant. A shout out to Caesar at the Steak house, and Rachel the host. Ernesto at the breakfast poolside buffet, and Mario who made the omelets! loved the 3 pools, and beach seating with palapas. My favourite beach server was Aldahar who kept the mango margaritas coming! The food was ok, I tried all the restaurants and the Italian was my favourite, Brenda kept everything moving quickly.
