"El hotel tiene un excelente localización con estaciones del metro y el bus bien cercanas. Son 15 minutos caminando a la estación central y 15 minutos caminando al Museo, también está bien cerca del Centro Cultural. Tuvimos un percance con el baño y el staff fue inmediatamente a resolverlo. El desayuno estuvo buenísimo! Calientito y con muchas opciones. Lo recomiendo."

"I was able to get into the spa the same day I arrive - they open until 9pm - what a treat - great massage. The front desk is friendly and professional. I didn’t eat here but my colleague did and said it was great. The room was impeccably clean and super quiet - I hadn’t slept for a few nights and was able to sleep comfortably until mid morning. "Nice clean hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast area was sometimes full but the staff helped right away. The hotel climate is under building control, and in april the airconditioning is not yet available. This caused the rooms to be a bit to warm to my liking, but that's a personal preference."

"Everything about our stay at the Hotel Miro met our high expectations. The staff was very hospitable and the room was spacious, with a view of the Guggenheim Museum. We could walk to dozens of fine restaurants and bars, and the tram is nearby to take a 10 min. ride to Old Town. We hope to return some day."

"We had a great stay at Meliá Hotel in Bilbao, from our initial welcome, to our lovely meals and snacks in the Level breakfast room and lounge. We felt genuinely cared for each day by the entire staff, especially Nekané, and Yolanda. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. And the location was central to all the activities we were interested in. The park across the street is gorgeous and shady and had lots of activities for children. Indoor self parking was reasonable although the parking structure would have been challenging with a larger vehicle. "
