"Hotel was perfect! I especially want to highlight how one of your team members went above and beyond during my stay. I forgot to pack my phone charger and only had a USB cord, but the USB charging port in the room wasn’t working. When I called the front desk, they sent up an engineer who was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue. When he couldn’t get it working right away, he asked me to hang tight and returned shortly after with his own personal phone charger. He insisted that I use it to charge my phone. His kindness, genuine concern, and willingness to help truly stood out. The level of care he showed was beyond any customer service I’ve experienced before."

"I booked a king size bed. When I got to the room it was very obvious it was not a king. I went down to the front desk to confirm I’d gotten the right room. They said their system said that room was a king room. It was not"

"Although it was just an overnight stay, the hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and we look forward to staying again."

"Arrived after midnight and they checked us into a room that hadn't been cleaned. Especially at that time of night, we don't want to have to make multiple trips down to the front desk and wait in line again and again."

"Breakfast was average. The dining area was not cleaned whatsoever. We went for breakfast as we had the vouchers that came with the booking. To find the same food and dirty tables when eating. Also, there was mould in the water, everything wasn’t cleaned to a standard and to the price that we paid for three nights - not worth it. The room was mediocre, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, and the bedsheets were disgustingly yellow. Not to mention there’s no parking on the property. We had to walk to our spot. All in all If you’re booking in Pittsburgh would recommend passing up on this property."

"Breakfast was served next door at the restaurant attached (literally) to the hotel. The portions were enormous at a relatively modest price. Altogether excellent."

"I had ants in my room and they could not give me a different room because they were booked. They did spray the ants. They could not comp my room because it was booked through Expedia. "
