"Definitely the coolest room I have had. Very interesting shape and location"

"The hot tub was freezing. Colder than the pool. Apparently that is an ongoing issue. I waited for a really long time to be acknowledged at the restaurant to place a carry out order. When I entered my room for the 1st time, the cabinet was broken. Luckily maintenance was next door making a repair, so I asked if he could fix it. He did come right over. The hotel removed some of my expense to make things right. I'm pretty easy going, so I was satisfied."

"Breakfast was pretty good and it is free so that’s a plus but my room was below my expectations. Shower/tub/ shower curtains were not clean and the hallways in my building had trash bags up and down them and smelled of cigarette and cats the whole weekend I was there. Kind of dusty overall look to the hotel was not what I expected but for the price it held me for the weekend."

"The shower control may need adjustment and better instructions The coffee maker was serviceable but should be upgraded The pillows were not comfortable The coffee at the breakfast buffet was powdered coffee and the hot water dispenser had a meager flow rate The shuttle service was excellent"

"Nice place for a short stay. Our room had no garbage can or microwave. The elevator was broken. It is the only way to access the 3rd floor. Subsequently the staff had to buzz us up the service elevator with their employee card every time we entered. The room is very dated and could use some remodeling."

"Rooms were so spacious and clean. Staff was so lovely and helpful! Restaurant inside was convenient with great food. Parking close not expensive at all if you’re not interesting in valet but it is offered! Will stay again! "

"This was honestly one of the worst experiences I will be ever had this place was dirty. And had bugs Housekeeping only come every 3 days and even you request service, they do poor job I would no recommend this hotel to anyone 😡"
