"Excellent stay at Don Valley. The rooms are spacious, the staff is incredibly kind, and the breakfast is simple and yet delicious. Contrary to what I read in other reviews for this hotel, I found a comfortable bed and pillows and an excellent shower. The location was perfect because I had an appointment 1km away, and I also found an astonishingly beautiful park to jog in the morning just 2km away. I am very glad I chose to stay at this hotel and I would come back to it whenever I need to stay in...

"I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus North York. We did have a bit of technical issues at check-in due to the system being down but that's obviously not the staffs fault and they were extremely kind and even made a note as they sent me up to my room while waiting for it to come back online as to not disturb me during my working time, which was incredibly kind of them. The parking was nice, and the hotel being next to the police detachment made me feel pretty safe. "

"Confortable bed and good quality pillows. Nice area to work separate from bedroom. I enjoyed doing laps at the pool and going into the hot tub. There were pool reservations by teams so I went earlier to make sure I got to enjoy the pool before. I enjoyed the good quality food at the restaurant even though it was pricey and the selection on the menu was limited. "
