"This is a very clean property. Dave was great with all communications, and there when we needed anything. We were very disappointed that the rooftop bar is not open at this time. This hotel is located near things that you can walk to such as the beach."

"This place is so quaint and easy going. We loved it so much, we added two nights to our trip. It is located half a block from the beach. There are at least three restaurants a block away that have an outdoor tables and balconies with views of the sunset over the gulf. "

"Charming property across the street from the beach. They provide beach chairs and bikes. Loved the small heated pool for days we didn't want the beach. Very relaxing place very close to downtown Pass-a-Grille. "

"Loved the canal behind the property and watching a dolphin come by everyday. Also 2 restaurant/bars on the property with private pools, beach and pier. Would definitely go back again"

"A quaint spot of heaven! We loved our stay. Beautiful and clean private beach. 2 pools and a hot tub. A great coffee shop with breakfast. A beautiful dinner restaurant with amazing food. We loved the beach bar. They had good food too and their staff was fabulous! We had a room facing the beach with a small balcony. A close drive or Uber ride to anything yet you could just hang here too. Nice staff. Young valet was a great kid! Only thing I would ask is to have the floors in the rooms mopped more...

"2nd year in a row we stayed here for St. Pete Indy Car race. An older property that has done some nice upgrades. Great variety of restaurants. Breakfast is always great. Super friendly staff. Would recommend for couples or families. "
