"Everything, my daughter and I loved how close it was to Tokyo disneyland. Although you needed reservations to eat at the restaurants, there was plenty of availability. Great ammenities! I would definitely book again.."

"This is not a Disney hotel but it’s well maintained and clean and has everything you need. The room was very spacious and great value for money. There were 4 single beds so plenty of room for me and my teen boys and a dining table and kitchen area and shower and separate toilet. Friendly staff and there’s a free shuttle bus to the Disney parks. It’s only 20 mins walk down to the station and the dining area and there is a convenience store on the ground floor of hotel. Would highly recommend."

"My stay was a delight. Staff are first class. Location is quite good. I encourage you to take the bus from Maihama station (look at the map to understand where to catch the bus). Do not walk. It is much further than you suspect. Walk (without luggage) is straightforward from the Monorail stop. Rooms great; breakfast is good. "

A huge thank you to Raymond Tanaka who assisted us with our check in. Mr Tanaka even found us the next morning while having breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay. "

"We spent a total of 7 nights here fornour 1st trip to Japan. So glad we did, Maihama View makesnot easy for you to get to and from the Disney parks. Rooms were excellent, especially the Hearth Floor rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff so very helpful during our multiple visits."

"Room was SPECTACULAR! It was exceptionally clean and amenities were awesome. Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Hotel delivery service was top notch as well as the bus service going to Haneda airport. The staff overall were so nice and just added that Disney magic that I needed during my trip. The Konbini and merchandise store inside were also fantastic. Will definitely stay here again"

"Very nice location close to Tokyo Disney resort. They provide transportation to Maihama station which is right in front entrance to Disney. Have a 711 and a Lawson in front and next to. I was able to leave my luggage's at the hotel earlier than my check in time to be able go and explore. Odaiba is two stops away from Maihama station. And 30 minutes away from Tokyo station. Great experience here would visit again."

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"Conveniently located near Tokyo Disney. We only stayed one night and we found the hotel clean, comfortable and convenient. Compared to the other hotels we used in Tokyo this room was very spacious with two twin beds. We didn't opt for their breakfast or use the shuttle service since we had quite a few bags."

"Stayed four nights in Easter. A very nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We love the breakfast and late night snack - Ochazuke. Even we had a big meal just before coming back to the hotel, my kids love to enjoy a small bowl there. The bathroom products and the face mask available near the front desk are all made in Japan and in very good quality. We will definitely stay here again when we visit next time."

"Only 7/11 is close for food. Near train station is 15 minutes walk. No airport shuttle but bus stops are near. "

"The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Shinjuku which we really liked. The room has all the amenities we need although it’s quite small. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was frozen food that had to be microwaved, but was tasty especially the soup and Japanese option. There are food options and family marts nearby. From the hotel, we could either take the bus to Shinjuku west station or the subway. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. "
