"The Hawthorne was an elegant, friendly port in a snowstorm after we lost power at home. We were delighted that our dog could join us there, and the staff was warmly welcoming to all of us. The building and neighborhood are rich with Historic charm, the staff is attentive, and the tavern with its fireplace and beautiful wood paneling is a distinctive spot for a meal or a drink. Nathaniel would be proud."

"I was pleasantly surprised that being on the first floor, fairly close to the conference rooms, how quiet it was. I was also pleasantly surprised by the shower pressure! The pressure was great! The location is also near the mall giving us a variety of food options near by. The buffet breakfast was solid. The fresh orange juice makers was pretty cool. I would stay there if I needed to."

"Beautiful neighborhood and a lovely view! There was a well-stocked market, a CVS, some very good restaurants and a park nearby. Perfectly located, we walked to the art museums, Copley Square, and the Freedom Trail. The kitchenette was really handy when we were too tired to go out for dinner, and to make breakfast. The room was nicely furnished with a table by the bow window, a comfortable couch, a nice king bed and beautiful wood floors. The best part was the staff, who were all very friendly...
