"Perfect location"

"It was a nice place, however the wind was blowing through the edges of the door and sounded like a jet engine. Also I had to climb on the edge of the whirlpool tub to reach the wand that pulled the drapes closed. The tub was quite relaxing which I enjoyed."

"Staff n room was clean ac wasn’t working when we I called to request a room change because me and my sister was sweating like crazy and my sister was having a hard time but n sleeping, she had heart surgery 3 weeks ago and requires a change due to health. And the response from the front desk was ok she by herself so she would let her manager know until we called the front desk at 10:30. For help, the maintenance Sabitha AC was broken and had to request for us to immediately move out to another room."

"Pool was closed for repairs. Not that big of a deal. Front counter was a bunch of getto ass blacks stealing hotel blind. Valet was nice though."

"Overall, the experience was okay, but there were several issues that would make me think twice about staying again. The location right on the beach was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The attached store was also convenient and reasonably priced. However, there were several issues. The first two rooms we were shown had small flying bugs on the walls, so we had to switch. The room we stayed in was basic and mostly clean, but had a strong “wet dog” smell that didn’t go away. The carpet needs replacing. The balcony setup lacks privacy—there are no dividers, so you can see and easily access neighboring balconies, which felt uncomfortable. The walls are very thin, and loud neighbors one night made it hard to sleep. The room had a desk but no chair, which was odd. The pool area was not usable in my opinion—it didn’t appear clean, had heavy condensation, and water covered much of the seating area. Parking was also difficult, and we had to use overflow parking across the street the entire stay. I have lower expectations for oceanfront hotels, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. Otherwise, it would be closer to 1–2."
