"Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels. There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience."

"The hotel is ok, but their parking service is a nightmare. They told us they would register our car for the restricted zone, but they clearly didn’t because I just received a heavy fine. The hotel has ignored all my emails, calls, and Expedia messages. To make matters worse, someone else was parked in our 'reserved' spot one night. Truly terrible customer service once they have your money."

"We loved the place. Excellent staff, they helped us a lot with transportation and lots of things. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was beautifully. BRAVO incanto."

"Por error abone 2 veces la reserva, no obtuve devolucion de lo pagado de mas. El lugar no es de mi gusto, muy excéntrico lo bueno que tiene es la ubicacion, la puerta del baño es una esterilla de madera mal puesta, pasan los ruidos y olores al dormitoriohay un ruido casi permanente de las bombas de desagote, sumado a eso esta en obra el edificio, ruidos molrdtos desde las 6.30 am No me gusto, no volveria a ese lugar. El administrador es muy atento, habla español que es una ventaja para.mi. "

"Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend."

"To be honest, I am giving 5 stars for Linda in the bar and kitchen staff. She goes over board when my friends told her it is my birthday while me and friends are having a drink at the bar! The management I have been messaging to make it special for my birthday but done nothing even just a welcome sweets or card and didn’t even get back to my message! Linda made it happen anyway! So 5 stars for Linda! Keep up the good work! You are definitely a star!"
