"The room we got was downstairs. It was a short walk from the main gait of Disneyland. We needed a rollaway bed and the staff had one available for us. The experience was great."

"The lady that checked us in was very rude, we stated we had reservation for 2 rooms. She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful"

"The entire property was nice and clean and the staff we interacted with were all extremely kind. "

"There ended up being a big convention or something the same time we were there. The elevator took so long we took the stairs several times which was a hassle with a stroller"
