Front desk were efficient but when we arrived early for check in they would just give canned answers and weren’t interested in helping or providing personalized customer support. "I choose this place based upon the reviews. Turned out to be a lie in reference to cleanliness. Person at the desk was very polite and when i asked for a room with a walk in shower she made that possible but the Room was filthy, hair on floor and in shower. Floors were filthy as was the shower. Someone used the toilet and left some particals behind. Changed rooms and that room was dirty as well. The housekeepers spray water on the floor and use a dry mop to mop the floor. I had gotten some shampoo on a towel with some water and the amount of dirt that was on the towel made me just feel dirty. The house keepers are not good at cleaning and the floors should.be cleaned with bleach, they are so nasty. I went to thenstore purchased a bottle of Awesome and cleaned the shower and the floor in the bathroom, and in front of the sink. I also took a photo of the amount of dirt i removed by using the Awesome and i told one of the housekeepers that this was what they needed to use to clean the shower which removed most of the yellow stains insode of the shower. "

"The room was a wreck. The door had been kicked in and the privacy lock broken, and neither had been repaired. The window had been replaced with a piece of masonite. The room was totally unsecure and dirty. There were were piles of linens and bed covers on the ground outside that had been there for days. Trash piled up around the trash cans. I tried to get a refund, but the hotel did not answer calls from Hotels.com. I ended up turning my key and going to another hotel."

"Clean, low noise while I was there Fri/Sat/Sun, helpful staff, no proteins at complimentary breakfast but otherwise ok, no issues parking, good restaurants next door (Outback and Beards seafood), some repairs and maintenance needed but water/ac/lights worked fine, clean linens. I'd stay there again."
