"Super friendly staff, beautiful quirky hotel with excellent interior design. I did struggle with my room being quite dark, but for the novelty of having a Louboutin themed room I just used my phone torch! Breakfast and evening meals were also great, would recommend staying here to anyone!"

"Room was to small and the bathroom likevise. The breakfast was probably the worst we have experienced in our approximately 50 nights per year. Arround 9am, no bread, no eggs, dried scramble eggs, but the staff was more interested about closing the breakfast and not service mindes."

Check-in arrangements, which involve provision of a key code to permit entry into building & room worked well.

"My stay, overall, was excellent. I had a bit of trouble getting connected to the right person who would let me in the building, but once I met her, she was extremely gracious and helpful-even with deciphering a matter connected to my mobile phone.
Check-out was fairly straightforward, though there was no mention of where to take the sheets and towels. I spotted the bin downstairs, and so will know for next time. Also, there is no way to safely place the room key, when Reception is closed. There is a key box, but it requires a code, which I did not have. I was able to leave the key with a housekeeper."

"Lovely location but let down by service level. Stay there every year, but this year there was a noticeable lack of attention by the staff. Few smiles, long waiting times to be served and an apparent lack of customer attention. Not as it used to be which is a great shame."
