"where do I begin with this Hotel? There are many other hotels in Tanger that have good service and will not give you this two star experience. This experience is so bad that I’m leaving my review while I’m still at the hotel!! 1. The rooms appeared to be clean and they have this extremely strong smell in the hallways to mask something that is probably really stinky. The smell is so strong it makes you feel sick. When you get into your room, your pillow probably smell really bad. It has this weird smell to it that does not make any sense nor does it go away. 2. The staff here is the worst. The men at the doors will be stand there chatting all day with each other, but will not even open the door for you or give you a helping hand. They are more focused on the conversation they are having with each other. For a hotel that has so many staff. It’s interesting that they’re doing nothing but walking around and talking to each other. 3. This hotel is mediocre. Calling it a five star hotel is a big joke. There is no five star experience here. 4. The food in the breakfast experience is also bad. They seem to keep the food stored in heat containers yet the food is very cold every morning, even right when the breakfast starts. 5. Don’t get me started on the breakfast staff. Unhelpful, but they stand around and watch you like they’ve never seen people before. . NOT a 5 star hotel!! Avoid"

"Fantastic place to stay - one bed studio apartment with a sea view balcony. Amazing price and value for money - really spacious apartment and very well maintained and decorated throughout. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a host of places to eat. A bit far from the old town, but easily reached along the promenade if you don’t mind a scenic walk. Also only a 20 minute walk from the train station. You have to pay extra for the breakfast buffet, but it’s very reasonable for the spread available. Would definitely stay again."

"Properly location was great and lobby was good with all amenities. But the rooms were outdated and bathrooms were old/shabby, with rusted lights, moldy shower and musty smell throughout. We booked 2 night but only stayed 1 since it was not nice. Pics in Expedia on not of this property in Tanger but some other location. "

"Every area of the hotel was immaculate. Our daily breakfast was included in our rate we were graciously served by El Batoual who even went out of her way to make me a special tea on a rainy day! The food was exceptional, and the chef came out to meet us and also the general manager came over to talk with us. We were there during Ramadan and they invited us to Iftar. It was a beautiful thing and the day we left Ramadan was over and they served us the special porridge that they eat the next morning! View from our room was exceptional and every staff member bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our stay!"
