I showed my ID and confirmation number, which is usually enough at other hotels, but it was not accepted. I was traveling with my elderly mother, which made it more difficult. "Everything is so clean, the outdoor pool was very heated - it was amazing! The kids lounge is pretty big - a play area, slide and climbing structures, our kids couldn't get enough! The location is connected to a mall and tons of food options- super convenient. It's a quick walk over to the sky capsules as well! The service here is like nothing we've experienced before, staff ready to help at every corner and they prepared our room with kids bathroom amenities, a stool, bedrail. We highly recommend!"
