"Staff was nice. Parking was a block away but the parking garage was very nice and spacious. I rated it a 3 only because it's an older hotel and the rooms were very small and there was no furniture where to place our suitcases. There was a closet, but there was no light and it just felt dingy. Bathroom was so small that the door almost hit the sink when you opened or closed the door. No shampoo or lotion, just a bar of soap."

"Quiet location about 10 minutes from the main square. Tranquil common areas and the infinity pool is incredible. There was comfortable air conditioning and the bed was lovely. Coffee was available free of charge from reception in the morning."

"We and friends had a 2 night stay . Day 1 no hot water in our room . Front desk did not know how to open room safe so we couldn’t use it . Front desk did not want to help us call a taxi and was very uninterested in her job. Very basic rooms with no bedside lamp for reading, just one ceiling bulb. Did not make our rooms up during our stay even though there were friendly cleaning staff so we had to go downstairs to get our own toilet paper. Very loud water pumps running several times during the day including at happy hour and bedtime . Free morning coffee was left all day and smelled burnt by dinner time. This could be a good hotel .It has a beautiful well kept garden but needs an infusion of fresh staff up front in the lobby and some updates to the rooms . Did have parking nearby but no loading zone so bags had to be dragged down the sidewalk for over a block. Group trip , none of us liked our rooms or our stay and will not be back . Definitely cannot recommend this place. "
