"Small resort , very friendly and accommodating staff. It is literally across the street from Doc’s beach, food was okay, most of us know you do not pick an all inclusive for gourmet high end food choices. This was a quick girl trip getting away from southwest PA , loved it! Would stay there again! "

"It was an alright stay nice scenery nice modern design rooms however Riu needs to work on their authenticity on their meal selections and have ripe fruits also sewage system needs be be fixed and more cleanliness would be Great"

"We have been to Jamaica before and stayed at the Grand Palladium. We tried the other side of the island this time. Amenities were good. They had one ping pong table, a sports bar with 2 pool tables, a children's area with slides for the younger kids, daily pool aerobics/games/music. Overall good. I found it to not be very clean though. We also had to call down to the front desk EVERY evening for more towels and washcloths b/c they were only leaving 2 and we were a family of 4. It was annoying. Plus, there were 2 restaurants on property that only took RSVP. It opened up every day at 8am and you had to quickly log on to find a rsvp. It was annoying b/c the "premier" guests were able to make a rsvp whenever so the spots were all gone. The other restaurants were first come. Food was good. Overall we had fun but i wouldnt stay there again. Id go back to the Grand Palladium. "

"The resort was not what it claimed to be. The rooms smelled of mold, the bedsheets were dirty, there was a huge hole in my wall. The pools closed at 6 and. The beach was closed. No where to swim in the ocean. No kayaks or snorkeling spots only one swim at bar that took forever to get a drink. The staff were rude except for the entertainment crew. The entertainment was not good. They were playing 70s music only had one event in the evening long lines to get into the buffet. The ceiling fell in the buffet while we were eating and they continued seating people we lost power and got stuck in an elevator. The whole experience was terrible. The food was not good. The buffet was always empty with not a lot of options. I do not recommend booking this property for your stay."
