"At first glance my room looks spectacular. Later in the night while asleep felt my skin burn and itching with a smell coming from the bedsheets and blankets it was a strong odor of e- cigarettes. It was my worst night of sleep that kept me nervous. Luckily I travel with allergy tablets. Next day I spoke to my attention to have my entire bed sheet and blankets strip and removed from my bed room and she did a thorough job. I applaud her to do a fantastic job and I was so comfortable for the rest of my stay. It was a short stay andI will be back with my friends.The food and bar was good. The staff are pleasant etc. I wish we have some more live shows or entertainment at night. Also, I will give a score of 4."

"This hotel was the worst that I have ever stayed in when I arrived the lobby was so humid hot and dark very depressing looking me and my godmother ate lunch the first day and their was flies all over the table where we ate couldn’t even eat with the flies returning back to the table when we swatted them away the hotel room looked like a 1970s motel the air conditioning was poor quality couldn’t even get the room cooled my godmother had a heat stroke that night the staff was extremely unfriendly they all seemed to have a attitude problem One of the female workers got real nasty at us because we wanted to take a picture by some tables at the dining room and the front desk lady snapped at me saying make sure you bring me back my pen like they can’t get pens around there even when we switched rooms because of the poor air condition the room was still hot and humid we left the next day checked out went right to the airport the area it’s located is extremely dangerous we were harassed twice by locals trying to get us to smoke marijuana they wouldn’t just leave us alone they just kept following us even the bronx isn’t that bad like this area is and all the guest who stayed their looked like they were up to no good I don’t even think they were tourist they all had stank looks and the staff were all angry the beach isn’t part of the property they give you a beach pass to go over where the trashy locals will harass you trying to get money out of you don’t stay hear go to the Riu"

"This resort was everything and more! Very beautiful and clean. Doesn’t look like a hurricane just hit! Staff is always happy to see you and making sure you’re smiling at all times. Service is fast besides on the beach, had to reach out to my butler a couple of times. Lots of people complained about not having enough seating. I cannot relate to that. We never had a hard time and half of the time did not get to the water until noon. Food was our favorite part. Seafood was all so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend privilege; premium drinks, vip everything. We will be back again for sure! "

"The room was clean housekeeping was great. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. There were a couple of staff members who weren’t so friendly and had an attitude. I can’t say there was a lot of harassment from the staff that were dressed in white and gray. They continuously asked us if we wanted to take a survey or sign up for something. I thought that was annoying when I’m trying to enjoy my vacation."
