"I really didn’t wanna have to leave this review, but the staff here was not willing to make any accommodations for me. Upon walking into my room, it smelled like sewage. When we were showering, the water to the shower would not drain and overnight. The AC did not work at all even though it was reading 18°C. The following morning during checkout, I asked to speak to the manager who was not in until 9 AM. They replied the manager would be giving me a call to rectify the issues. I never received a call back and I even called back around 10 AM giving my information so I could be call back and yet again I was never called back. During checkout, I stated the issues that I was having and they stated that they knew that the shower drain wasn’t working! The part that I did not understand is why would they even offer me that room if the train wasn’t working! It’s so unfortunate that the manager did not take the time to speak to me to hear me out and to hear what my issues were. I would hate for the next paying customer to deal with the issues that I had to go through."

"Our stay at the hotel was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The room was spotless and beautifully finished, with a modern, comfortable design that made it easy to relax. One feature we particularly appreciated was the ability to stream directly from our phone to the TV—it’s a small touch, but it made a big difference to our overall experience. The only slight downside was the breakfast. While there was a good selection, the quality didn’t quite match the otherwise high standard of the hotel. That said, it was very busy at the time, so we understand that this may have affected the experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities more than made up for the minor breakfast issue."

"Great hotel, great value. Only thing letting it down is the breakfast (not good value) and the “spa” facilities, the pool and jacuzzi were very dated. Other than that the people were all really nice and helpful, the room was great size and comfy bed."
