"Great location, right next to the cathedral, walking distance to stores and restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and updated. Really enjoyed our stayed at Masanet Hotel."

"If you are an Elon Musk wanabee (with no budget) and like living in the office this is perfect.. I have never stayed in such a soleless room. Huge, with plenty of space for a nice sofa... but no lets keep the office theme going and have two uncomfortable "reception" type chairs... not even bucket chairs. How someone could make so little of such huge space is amazing. Great coffee machine, fridge, wifi and bathroom. If you want to sleep then you booked the wrong place before 2am or after 6am as it is on the motorway.... Lovely rooftop bar.... when it is open... which it is not all nights and when it is they run out of the limited items they sell!!! The extra paid for the delux office (sorry room) with "sea view" turns out to be office overlooking motorway and container port. I mean there is water .... But it is ok you can enjoy the immediate surroundings of derelict land and abandoned construction sites in a tatty dirty unloved area of the City. Would I stay again... amazingly not if you said it was free. Put 12 bunks in each room at make it a back packers."

"Todo el servicio excelente y la ubicación del hotel inmejorable. La habitación fue hermosa , moderna con un gusto exquisito que incluía hasta libros, batas de baño, zapatillas. El desayuno excelente y el personal siempre atento a todas las necesidades. A nuestra llegada nos invitaron una bebida refrescante mientras hacíamos el check in y llevaron nuestras maletas al cuarto. Una experiencia inmejorable."

"Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel has great amenities. The Michelin restaurants were world class but the general restaurant (1890) was ok but there was too big a difference between the quality of the restaurants. The biggest issue was the main bar where the service in the evening was very poor with a 25 min wait to get a drink. Many people were unhappy about this. Overall the hotel is very nice but be prepared for the bar.."
