"The property has parking and is in a very good location. It’s an easy walk to the beach & there are lots of great restaurants nearby. There were a couple of small issues like a blown globe in a lamp on our arrival. The kitchen is not very well stocked. There was only one wine glass. I know there’s a no party policy, but that seems extreme. Apart from that, the apartment was comfortable enough for myself & my two children for our six night stay. "

"Felt very at home in this leafy first floor apartment. Extremely close to the Astor Theatre. Communication re parking was a little unclear but we figured it out. Excellent for attending concerts and so on in St Kilda and surrounds."

"Boutique establishment with great off-street parking. Unique stay due to tatami matting configuration. Despite the location, there was little street noise audible from my room at the rear of the property. Cafe next door (which I did not try) is very convenient. "

"Tucked away on a side street around the corner from Prahran station, this hotel is worth staying at. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessities provided. Only 3 stops to Melbourne city by train, plenty of food and drink places to check out, and has a bar and restaurant downstairs. Staff are really nice and check in was easy and personable, shared kitchen and bathrooms were kept clean and no dramas. "

"Clean, pleasant, late night check in assistance, bathroom supplied with shampoo and conditioner, all great. The pre-paid brekky was just a voucher to the cafe next door so i didn’t need to pay more for that. "

"Great food, great staff, lovely front patio, convenient location. US and Spanish embassies are within seeing distance. Nice mini apt rooms. Quiet! Balconies are nice but views limited due to this area being a series of high rises with apartments, restaurants etc on floor level. St Kilds Td is a direct shot to downtown/the CBD. 7-11 is one block away, very convenient. Buy public transport cards there. I had a wonderful two week stay!!"

"- No private spa/bath as advertised - No check in at the reception desk, online only. - Bed did not look properly made and the bottom frame was exposed (pic attached) - No luggage stand or place to put a suitcase off the ground. - Bathroom was clean - Views over Albert Park were great."

"Stayed in a nice studio with all the thing you need. Comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. So close to Chapel Street. Was.great location for attending shows at Chapel off Chapel. Very friendly staff. I can recommend a stay ."

"Interesting art deco building close to the beach. Large room with a balcony. No noise from the bar even on Saturday night and only a little from the road. Good value. Pleasant breakfast on Sunday morning"
