"The staff were amazing. The property could use some sprucing up. Our room had some banged up doors and walls. The beds are pretty terrible. Breakfast was good with many options available. I liked the pancake conveyor. Children being in the pool and hot tub after 10 pm seems to be an issue for many guests and we were no exception. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because it was full of kids. We thought we would try again after 10 pm, but they were still there and remained until the pool hours ended. The pool is really cool. It passes through so you can swim inside and outside. The pool room is huge! Our stay was good overall but pretty underwhelming for the price."

"The hotel is old, my room was dirty. The furniture is old with stains. I had a broken chair in my room, also there was a strong curry smell in the hallways, the curry smell is masked with scented cleaner but it's still comes through. The towels are very thin as well. The website advertise a bar but there's no bar anymore. I will never stay here again. However the staff was very nice."

"Room was ok, the hvac unit in the room as not sealed. Which made the room very drafty. Shower was ok, it wouldn't seal to make the shower full blast. Door latch wouldn't come out, had to lock the door and unlock for the latch to come out to be able to shut the door. "

"Parking is poor. The parking lot was full with little room for maneuvering and the other end was blocked so you had to back all the way out. My daughter ended up leaving her car at the Expo Center where we were attending an event and walking over to the hotel. I think they do some long term parking for people leaving their cars on vacation but it really isn't big enough of a lot to accommodate both. The room seemed clean but after showering in the morning, my daughter's feet were filthy after walking barefoot on the laminate flooring. I did ask that housekeeping come and mop the floor and they did do that. Breakfast is okay, but limited seating (seating for 6) so not conducive to eating in the breakfast room. The price was right when compared to other hotels close to the Expo Center but I would probably not stay here again."
