"This hotel is such a hidden gem! We stayed here for only a night for an early morning flight, but I actually found myself wishing I stayed longer! The property is so pretty! The lobby is gorgeous & has a very relaxing vibe to it. And upon arrival, the staff came rushing out to greet us with a smile & help us with our bags. What a nice welcome with great customer service. The process to check in took maybe 2 minutes max—super efficient & quick! I also loved their 24/7 coffee & tea station in the lobby. It made for fresh coffee early in the morning before they took us to the airport. The shuttle was FREE, which another delight. I will most certainly come back to the Phuket Airport Hotel in my future visits to Phuket."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Moracea Resort and are already looking forward to returning. We traveled with our three-year-old, and while there weren’t many young children at the resort, we consistently felt welcomed. Every staff member we encountered was kind and accommodating, which made a big difference for our family. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The team went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and a special thank you to Nat and his team for their attentiveness and warmth. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the heat), the beds were great, and the daily housekeeping kept everything feeling fresh and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—easily one of the best we’ve experienced. There was an incredible variety of options, all fresh, well-prepared, and consistently replenished. The pool and beach areas were equally fantastic. Many guests have private pool villas, which meant the main pool was never crowded and easy to enjoy, especially with a toddler. The baby pool was a thoughtful and much-appreciated addition. We also attended one of the resort’s special buffet celebration nights, which we highly recommend. The food was excellent, and the live entertainment—including fire dancers, music, and traditional performances—made for a memorable evening. Overall, this was a relaxing, family-friendly trip!"

"Very nice and relatively small hotel. Good restaurants and breakfast. Missed sun chair service. The Deli had some very good things on the menu, but was understaffed (only one person to clean, prepare and serve) meaning that waiting time could be up to 30 min. For example a smoothie og juice. "

"If you are looking for R&R, this place is for you, provided you can handle stairs. Our room was spacious and the sea view was beautiful. We had room 111. We truly believe it is the worst room they have. We were forewarned during check in that it was a distance away and involved stairs, but was the room that fit with our booking of king bed and sea view. We had 54 stairs to climb from our rm to the main lobby. 35 stairs to the restaurant. We couldn’t get to anything without stairs. We even had to go up one set of stairs and down another to get to the pool. We also like to sit out on our balcony after returning from the pool. Our balcony was directly above a staff area, so at times, was quite noisy. (Voices, a noisy water pump (?) I don’t know what the phone ext. was for our rm, but twice in 9 nights we received calls from other guests. The first was around midnight asking for water to be sent to their room. The second was at 1:45 am asking for help with their luggage. Both times we were sleeping. Speaking of pools, they are lovely (but in need of some work). Again, 8 steps down to the infinity pool and another 22 to the lower pool. Kudos to the chefs! We didn’t have one single meal that wasn’t delicious! Our second last night, we saw a daytime activity schedule at the top of the stairs near the lobby bar. Who knew!? They offer currency exchange, but not for Canadian $ There is literally nothing to do here. Beautiful place but 10 nights was too long. "
