"One of the best experiences! staff are super friendly and helpful! the hotel is cute, clean, quite and private! The breakfast we had were also very good quality! The hotel is not by the beach but you can easily access to the beach cross the street. The location is great! close to beach but quite. We enjoyed all three nights we stayed there! definitely recommend! "

"Rubi is a complete oasis in the middle of the jungle. The staff, especially Diego were unbelievable. By far one of the best trips we have ever taken. There is construction in the area which is to be expected in Tulum however the shelter of the hotel, rich natural habitat and complete vibe still take you away to paradise. "Lovely local style hotel. Our beachfront room was perfect for listening to the ocean as we slept. The little bay would be perfect for swimming but the Sargassum was an ever present problem—arriving out of the normal season this year. The small plunge pool served as a nice alternative for cooling off. The hotel is located on a short stretch with lovely restaurants, a few small shops and a handy convenience store. The on site restaurant was tasty, and on beach service at guest-only cabanas...

"The grounds are very nice and we had great looks at a ton of really cool birds during our stay. There were some issues in the bathroom with a water leak and bad smell but we kept the door shut and put down some towels. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were good overall. The pool is very nice and quite unique. I would love to stay here again!"

"Our stay at Villas Roseliz in Punta Allen was beyond wonderful. A cute and small hotel mere steps from one of the most beautiful beaches and oceans we have ever seen. Large, very clean rooms and bathrooms off a garden courtyard on the beach. A short walk to anywhere in town which offers a number of restaurants and a couple small convenience stores. David and his family made our 5 day stay even more memorable. Highly recommend the eco-tour where you get to explore the lagoon and reef and see...

The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. Additionally, the hotel charges disproportionate prices on everything: transfer from Cancun airport is 3x more than what we paid, a meal is 2x more than any restaurant in the village, a tour to...
