"Large comfortable rooms with an amazing breakfast. A few restaurants available within a few blocks. Hotel located on the outer rim of Evora thou easy to walk to sights. Free parking on site is limited thou street parking is free and they offer a parking in an underground garage for a fee. Note no laundry at this hotel as I previously read when booking hotel."

"Dirty bathroom. Very hot room with inadequate AC. No breakfast even though we booked breakfast with our room. They had no record of it and blamed it on using Expedia. Said we shouldn’t have used them and that is why we didn’t get the breakfast. Beyond disappointed. Waste of time and money. Zero stars! "

"Clean room, but the website photos do not accurately depict the hotel's age, poor condition, and general unattractiveness. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping, so we had to use our own data. Shower pressure was good, but the tub didn’t drain, and water leaked onto the bathroom floor."
