"Used bar of soap left in the shower.....was the tub/shower cleaned? It can happen though, easy to miss that. Room door keypads must be needing new batteries. I had the cards re-keyed twice and they still weren't working well. Staff was awesome though!!"

"Beautiful new hotel. The staff were outstanding! Extremely helpful and courteous. Perfect location connected to Sanford hospital since we had a family member in the hospital."

"Facility in general is fine, I pick a location generally based on what is shown for a gym. This location has a reasonable gym and space, but needs to do maintenance on their equipment. There are 2 elliptical machines, neither of them work. "

"One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, in Sioux Falls. We were all there for a basketball tournament and the big eating area was perfect for us when we were celebrating a kid's birthday party and having pizza after our games for the day! Kids loved the pool area. Hot tub was closed on Sunday AM, but the all night swimming was cool for parents!"

"Parking is not available on-site, if you have a vehicle you will need to use the airport parking lot across the road. This can be challenging, especially with luggage, as it requires crossing a wide roadway with airport traffic. The front desk interaction was efficient, though not especially welcoming. The room itself was compact, clean and well maintained. "

"Both elevators were broken and check in took aprox. 45 minutes of waiting in line, and I had checked in online ahead of time."
