"Book a junior suite, room is clean and bed is comfortable . Only issues is the hot water in the bathroom, it’s always burning hot when showering no matter which direction you turn. Need to keep the curtain always closed as room assigned to me is 13th floor and outside is a sort of a landing platform for roof assess and people can look in your room if curtain not drawn. 13tg floor is too quiet and given near a corner room, abit.. Breakfast is normal . Staff are very friendly . Location is very convenience to reach most tourist spot and shopping mall. "

"**Below Expectation for a 5-Star Hotel** The price of RM1200 per night did not reflect the experience expected from a 5-star hotel. **Pros:** 1. The room was spacious and surprisingly very cold, even without the air conditioning switched on (around 18°C). The tiled floor was also very cold. 2. We made a last-minute request for an anniversary room decoration. Although the hotel required a 3-day notice, they still managed to provide a simple setup—thank you for the effort. 3. Kids were given a “mystery activity” to complete, with an ice cream reward, which was a nice touch. 4. The check-in process was smooth and quick, with welcome drinks provided. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. No room slippers were provided, which was uncomfortable given the very cold floor. 2. The table lamp was not functioning, and it took more than 30 minutes for the technical team to respond. 3. All TV channels were lagging badly. Even calls to the operator had delays. The technical team mentioned this was “normal,” which is quite unacceptable. 4. Parking was limited and located far away. The buggy/trem service was not readily available and had to be requested each time, which was inconvenient. 5. There was no lifeguard at the swimming pool. We witnessed a concerning incident where a young child nearly drowned after jumping into the adult pool area near the kids’ slide. This raises serious safety concerns. 6. Breakfast was expected at the coffee house, but it was instead held in the ballroom."

"Generally it’s good in terms of amenities and location. but if you prefer a quiet room, make sure to ask for non connecting room. Somehow we were assigned connecting room though we had a baby with us. Baby court was requested but was forgotten. Hopefully they can improve to be more aware on each guest needs."

"The property is historic and in a great location near Jonker Street. While the lobby and outdoor areas look well maintained, the room could use a little TLC. It was clean enough but just dated. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, floor tiles were tripping hazards, and the shower continuously leaked, wasting water. On a positive, the spa is a must book as it is truly relaxing. Thank you Angie for ensuring my treatments were booked as requested. "
