"Front Desk Staff-Amazingly friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, beach-front perfect. Restaurant service could use a bit more training. Servers were slow to assist and a few drink and food orders were missed. Overall, 10 out of 10, especially hotel pricing. Evidently April is off-season, so I lucked out!"

"I am very disappointed i made reservations for a specific suite and was checked in to a different suite when i told front desk they said that what happens sometimes, i was not refunded for price difference , the suite shower was broken AC was leaking, scuffs on the floor not to mention the floor was dusty it felt like sand on the floor and under my feet were dirty i was very disappointed not to mention it was my birthday getaway."

"Rooms were very clean and quiet, breakfast omelette was great and having the beach within steps of the hotel was amazing! Staff weren’t as helpful as expected in regards to what to do in the area . Tried to book an excursion or at least get advice regarding some I was considering and they basically told me not to waste my money and take a bus to explore on my own . "

"This is a brand new hotel, with nice amenities and decoration. Lots of staff standing around, especially in the restaurant/front desk area... The "low note" is that you should not expect to swim too much on the beach in front of the hotel. Water was quite choppy and beach bottom layered with rocks, with sea urchins regularly washing ashore... (wear good beach shoes!)"

"The food at the hotel is a really good standard especially given that it is all inclusive. There is food almost constantly from 7am through to 10pm should you want it. The location is excellent, right next to Bridgetown and Pebbles beach and a short drive to oistins. Only small issue is that after the evening entertainment finishes at 11pm the hotel is very quiet Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it "

"Came to Sam Lords Castle with 3 friends for a 60th birthday, good was amazing our rooms fab, staff very friendly overall experience was excellent I highly recommend! Adrienne"

"The rooms were a good size and the facilities themselves were nice. The staff in the calabash restaurant were kind and welcoming and the staff up early in the morning cleaning the pool were friendly. Nice location at a reasonable cost. Beach was clean and well maintained as were the public areas. Shame that the kids pool was in the shade most of the afternoon and you couldn’t use the main pool as it is adults only. Also, we had a bit of a bug problem in our kitchen area. Small cockroach like bugs were present as soon as we arrived. Didn’t cause too much of an issue but was a bit gross and unexpected."
