The Crane Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at The Crane! The room was very clean and more than we hoped for and the grounds were gorgeous. We enjoyed the restaurants very much and didn't leave the resort all week because it was just perfect. Every staff person we came in contact with was so warm and friendly, especially the front desk and at Poesia. The Crane is a very special place and one that we plan to return to."
"Staff were very friendly and helpful
Rooms were bright, cheery and clean
Pool area was relaxing, restaurant on a site was convenient and had good drinks
Location was perfect - quiet and on beach, but walking distance to restaurants and the Gap"
"The grounds were beautiful with very colorful plants and flowers. The staff were welcoming. The view from our balcony was awesome! Our room was clean. When we checked in, our safe needed a battery and someone came up immediately to fix it. The hotel was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again."
"Rooms in older areas are tired, had no hot water for 14 days….. should give 2 stars ,certainly not a 4 star resort as advertised, but the beach, location and most staff were wonderful……. Could be so much better though "
