"Loved the Old Cinema hotel. Beautiful art deco decoration in rooms and surrounding areas. Air con works well. Great shower. Cool breakfast area / cafe with lots of plants. Great background music accentuating the cool mood. Small pool to cool off in was on way to needing a clean, but was fine. Lots of towels. All staff were magnificent even helping to organise tuk tuks to the sights. Food excellent. Loved this place especially the meatball sandwiches for lunch. "

"Spacious room, very comfortable and allowed for relax not just sleeping. Grocery store literally next door which was beyond convenient. Popular riverfront area a bit of a walk but had no trouble getting Grab 24/7. "

"We stayed 3 nights at Mealea Resort in the Mealea Suite Room. The location is quite good, with all the crab restaurants and market within 100 meters. There is an ATM and a small supermarket nearby as well. The main town area and beach are about 1km away. It was not difficult to get a tuk-tuk outside the hotel. The suite room is large and was quite clean. It is showing signs of it's age and could use a refurbishment. We used the small private patio. The water in the small pool was cold and we didn't get in past our knees, unfortunately. The staff members are friendly, although English language was a bit of problem with some staff. Rin, the manager (I think) was excellent and his English skills were very good. "
