"I recently stayed at a hotel in Phuket, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience from start to finish. The photos online made it look modern and clean, but in reality, the place felt outdated and poorly maintained. The room had a musty smell as soon as I walked in, and the air conditioning barely worked, which made it really uncomfortable in the tropical heat. The room was full of bugs!!!!! The cleanliness was another major issue. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and I even noticed stains on the towels. The bathroom was worse there was mold in the corners of the shower, and the water pressure was inconsistent. Definitely not what I expected for the price I paid. Service wasn’t great either. The staff seemed uninterested and slow to respond to requests. I had to call multiple times just to get basic things like extra towels, and even then, it took forever. There was no sense of hospitality, which is surprising for a place in a tourist hotspot like Phuket. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are definitely better options in Phuket for the same price or even less. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere."

The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Patong Beach, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the vibrant area. The property is modern, beautifully maintained, and offers a fantastic resort-style atmosphere. The pool areas are stunning and perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring Phi Phi Island and Patong. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service from the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Check-in and assistance throughout my stay were seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a relaxing ambiance — perfect for unwinding after long days of sightseeing and nightlife. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, I highly recommend it for a perfect Phuket stay. I would definitely return again!"
