"計畫住18天，check in當天就告知14天後 必須換房，之間主動詢問過如何換 哪時換約兩次（因為完全沒人來說要怎麼換），每次都必須重頭解釋（不是我的選擇而是 櫃檯人員指示），而且再怎麼問，從頭到尾均沒告知為什麼要換房，造成重新打包行李，非常不方便。"

"It was a perfect stay with access to the club lounge. Very comfortable room with well-maintained facilities, impeccable cleaniness and a great view. We enjoyed the curated food, drinks and services at the lounge. The breakfast buffet was also great. The hotel is also connected to Namba Parks and the Namba station by a footbridge, so it was very convenient. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. I will definitely choose Centara Grand Hotel Osaka again next time!"

"有日發現咗一件恤衫唔見咗，就通知大堂人員，好快就幫我搵返，真係非常非常好，下次都會繼續住呢一間酒店。"

"地點很方便，但清潔度不足，枕頭跟被鋪有頭油臭味，彷彿很久沒有換，洗手間很暗。另外在新地區，不適合獨遊女士。"

"以免費早餐來說，算很豐富，早餐分為B1 B2兩層，自助早餐B1非常多人，如果只是想吃簡單的麵包咖啡，可以到B2享用"

"This was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel, we came back because we had a good experience the 1st time here. Extremely convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, lots of restaurants and shopping choices, spacious and clean room, these are just a few of the advantages. Hotel has bus service to Kansai Airport, a good alternative to taking Nankai Line from Namba. We'd recommend this hotel to others, and would reconsider to stay here again for our next visit."
